Sales Engineer

Job Description 

Questron Technologies Corp. is seeking an Appointment Setter – Digital Marketing to join our team in the GTA! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. 

Responsibilities:

 • Build and qualify new business pipeline

 • Provide information about the products and services

 • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns 

• Document and update customer records based on interactions

 • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: 

• 2+ years previous experience in customer service, sales, appointment setting, or other related fields

 • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sciences is highly recommended

 • Ability to build rapport with clients 

• Positive and professional demeanor 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
